From further discussions with Jenny and Gina we've organised some activities and a few incentives for the guests of the event.

- complimentary glass of champagne
- homemade/baked canapés
- board games
- live illustrations
The raffle is a great way to raise money for the charity that two of our friends Paddy Ranger and Bella Singleton are running the half marathon for. This also gives off a good brand image as we'll have the welfare of others in our minds and not just aiming to make profit.
The food and beverages are a sign of good hospitality and will encourage more people to come.
The board games are already provided by the venue and will be available for anyone that wants to play.
The live illustrations adds a great creative element to the evening beyond the boundaries of retail and branding. Giving local illustrators an opportunity to be seen and notice to a new audience is a great way to make connections and network.
